  We guarantee you jewelry against defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. We do not warrantee against defects that occur as a result of misuse or normal wear and tear. Sweet Custom Jewelry does not guarantee that a diamond or gemstone, once taken out of our store will not chip, break, scratch or fracture. No stone, including a diamond, can be guaranteed not to break chip, scratch or fracture. We strongly suggest insuring your jewelry. 

Sweet Custom Jewelry combines its efforts of buying only conflict free diamonds, fairly traded colored gemstones and environmentally conscious precious metals. 

No Checks Accepted. We're sorry for any inconvenience. In store, we accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

 The return policy for stock items returned in their original, unused, unworn condition is as follows:  Full refund up to 14 days: exchange or store credit within 15-30 days; no refunds or exchanges after 30 days*. 

Refunds will only be issued to the person named on the receipt in the same way as originally paid. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to in-store credit. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to in-store credit. 

 A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the customer's request. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of order with the balance due at the time of delivery. We regret that special orders are not returnable and no refund or exchange can be made. 

 All custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 50% deposit before the work begins. Every effort is made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) as ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the customer's satisfaction. Minor adjustments such as ring sizing or texturing will be made to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or no charge depending on the extent of the work involved. 

 Whenever possible, Sweet Custom jewelry will quote a price for repairs at the time of intake. However, it may be determined that additional work is needed after further inspection. You will be contacted before any work commences if additional costs are involved. If we are unable to contact you and/or your repair is not paid for after one year, the property will be considered abandoned and retained/liquidated by the company. All articles which are antique, irreplaceable, possess a fragile or brittle nature or are susceptible to damage from light, heat or moisture are accepted on condition that the customer accepts all risks with respect to any services requested to be performed. 

 Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure: Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Any colored gemstones listed on the sales slip may have been subjected to a stable enhancement process. 

Most white gold pieces are rhodium finished. This is not a permanent treatment. 

We recommend you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected at least every six months. Sweet Custom Jewelry is not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.
